Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern work with Shadowra. Additional information discussed directly with the customer applies to each individual consultation, configuration, and offer.
Store purchases
Citybuild rank prices are recurring monthly charges in euros, billed through PayPal until the customer cancels the subscription in their PayPal account. After PayPal activates the subscription, the selected rank is added manually to the Minecraft account identified at checkout.
Contract
A store subscription is recorded after PayPal activates it. The customer is responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username and managing cancellation through PayPal. Individual consultation offers and changes to services require a separate agreement.
